Filling That Empty Feeling

Greetings to all; may God fill our emptiness with His presence and allow us to make the most of this weekend.

It can be challenging for us to have hope in difficult circumstances, but no matter how good life can be, our souls can feel hopeless with that sinking feeling of emptiness and despair instead of having a sense of joy and peace.

Although we all experience the feeling of missing something, we fail to realize that the empty feeling is in our souls and can only be filled and satisfied with Jesus. Instead, we try to fill the emptiness in different ways with many different things.

13 May God, the source of hope, fill you with joy and peace through your faith in him. Then you will overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Lesson: Let us not lose hope; we can live a full life overflowing in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. The God of hope desires to fill us up with joy and peace.
