Enter With Expectancy

Greetings to all; on this "grateful" Thursday, let us thank God for the open doors He places before us.

We tend to talk about God opening doors for us to get material things or what we want and desire. The opportunity to share God's goodness is the door that we should anticipate entering. We should enter with prayer, courage, and joy, no matter where we find ourselves.

Colossians 4:3–4 (ESV)

3 At the same time, also pray for us that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ, on account of which I am in prison—

4 that I may make it clear, which is how I should speak.

Lesson: While open doors can lead us to blessings, they primarily lead us into the world to share God with others. Let us ask God to please give us the courage to tell others what He has done for us with gladness and expectancy.
