Greetings to all. Let’s choose to stay grateful, even when we don’t know what lies ahead.
If you are struggling with tough choices about your desires or the future, pray as Jesus did. Remember, what matters most is always God’s will. Jesus showed us this struggle when He accepted the bitter cup so we could experience His mercy. Instead of looking for an escape, ask God to help you move forward according to His will.
Luke 22:42 (KJV 1900)
42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless, not my will, but thine, be done.
Lesson: Sometimes, what lies ahead or what is expected of us can feel overwhelming. Jesus understood that what He faced was difficult, but following God’s will was even more important. Let’s have the same determination to choose God’s will. What was once a bitter cup became a blessing for us.
