Double For Your Trouble

Greetings to all; This "grateful" Thursday, let us thank God for giving us double for our troubles.

Sometimes in our life, it feels like there is trouble everywhere. It seems like one thing after another keeps happening. And we wonder if anything good will come to us.

Many of the troubles we experience have the potential to bring shame into our lives. But, the good news is when we experience more than our share of trouble, we serve the God known to reward us for righteous living with joy and double blessings.

Isaiah 61:7 (KJV)

7 For your shame ye shall have double; And for confusion, they shall rejoice in their portion: Therefore in their land, they shall possess the double: Everlasting joy shall be unto them.

Lesson: Because God desires that His people live in prosperity, we can be assured His perfect and prophetic word of double blessings still stands for each of us today.
