Do The Work With Hope

Greetings to all; on this "hump" day, Wednesday, let us remain encouraged to do the work with the assurance and hope that God is with us.

God uses each of us for His plans which are bigger than ours. However, as we live on purpose, in the midst of our work or ministry, we tend to be unable to focus and move into our future destiny because of discouragement. Discouragement can come from anything. Much of our discouragement comes when we lose hope for a brighter future.

Haggai 2:4–5 (GNB)

4 But now don't be discouraged, any of you. Do the work, for I am with you.

5 When you came out of Egypt, I promised that I would always be with you. I am still with you, so do not be afraid.

Lesson: Whether in life or ministry, let us be faithful and do the work. Don't let challenges and the comparison to where we are now to where we once were, cause us to be discouraged from having hope.
