Disconnected From Church

Greetings to all! With all that happens in our lives this Sunday, let us not let anything come between family, church, God, and us.

When sin entered the world, a battle for the soul of man began. That battle quickly focused on the family's soul and, ultimately, the soul of the universal church that Christ built.

There are many reasons we feel disconnected from church. However, the church that Christ built, even the gates of hell, may come against it but will not prevail.

Psalm 22:22–24 (MSG)

24 He has never let you down or looked the other way when kicked around. He has never wandered off to do his own thing; he has been listening.

Lesson: Keeping Jesus Christ as the head and foundation of the church, not man, helps us remain connected and avoid division. Through Christ, we learn how to bond and bridge the gap between the church, community, and our family's relationship with God.
