Defined By Jesus

Greetings to all, this weekend, let us accept and embrace the truth of our spiritual identity.

The world will try to define who we are, but to be at rest and live peacefully, we should know the dividing lines that differentiate us from the world and who they say we are.

2 Timothy 1:8c,9b (MSG)

8c We can only keep on going, after all, by the power of God,

9b who first saved us and then called us to this holy work.

John 15:15 (NIV)

15 I no longer call you servants because a servant does not know his Master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for I have made known to you everything that I learned from my Father.

Lesson: We can co-exist in the world and be at rest, living peacefully knowing our Spiritual identity is defined by Jesus. Not only have we been called and saved by Him, but Jesus also calls us friends.
