Dancing With the Devil

Greetings to all. This weekend, let our lives inspire others seeking to live the Christian life.

When it comes to experiencing pain in our lives, we can find ourselves doubting and feeling confused. This often happens when we are torn between two choices, such as serving God or giving in to temptation. It is like trying to follow God while also engaging in behaviors that oppose Him and then wondering why we face struggles as a result.

James 1:7–8 (NCV)

7Such doubters are thinking two different things at the same time, and they cannot decide about anything they do. They should not think they will receive anything from the Lord.

Lesson: When life is confusing, stay true to your faith and decide to walk with God rather than engage in actions that oppose Him. If we try to follow both paths, confusion and difficulty will result.
