Choosing Grace Over Judgement

Greetings to all. As we head into the weekend, let us pay attention to how we treat those around us.

As believers, we may need to make hard decisions. Even when someone betrays us, we must first choose to show grace instead of judgement, as Jesus did. This can help them find their way back, especially if their behavior stems from a bad day rather than an evil heart.

Acts 1:16–17 (NKJV)

16 “Men and brethren, this Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke before by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus;

17 for he was numbered with us and obtained a part in this ministry.”

Lesson: Only God knows anyone's heart, but we can pay attention to actions and consider intentions. Show grace and avoid judging too quickly. We may not know if someone's actions are part of a bigger plan.
