Greetings to all. As we finish this week, let us stay true to ourselves.

The price to pay for not being true to who we are in Christ can be very costly. In this world, we will find ourselves having to choose whom or what we will be obedient to. May we always choose to be obedient to the Lord.

Deuteronomy 11:26–28 (NRSV)

26 See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse:

27 the blessing, if you obey the commandments of the LORD your God that I am commanding you today;

28 and the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn from the way that I am commanding you today, to follow other gods that you have not known.

Lesson: We are each responsible for our decisions. Staying true to ourselves means intentionally prioritizing obedience to the Lord in all choices.
