Change Is Just Ahead

Greetings to all, on this "grateful" New Year's Eve Thursday, let us thank God for being with us through all the days of our lives. As we are about to move into a new year, let us release anything that is not from God. Amen

We can't praise God enough; we have survived 2020; if the truth is to be told, many do not like change, mostly because we want to be in control.

This year has changed so much about us and, for some, has been their worst year.

Nevertheless, despite what we've gone through or seen others go through, we don't have to be afraid of what's to come as we move into the upcoming new year.

The word reminds us not to worry or be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer, supplication, and with thanksgiving, let our requests be known unto God (Philippians 4:6-7).

Whether this new year comes in like a peaceful dove or like a roaring lion, We have reason to be grateful because God promises to be with us. It is the Lord who will go before us, be with us and never leave us nor forsake us.

Revelation 21:5 (NLT2)

5 And the one sitting on the throne said, "Look, I am making everything new!" And then he said to me, "Write this down, for what I tell you is trustworthy and true."

Lesson: Yes, we should look forward to 2021, but we should know that being in God's presence and having the mind of Christ is all that matters.

We don't know what changes lie ahead nor what our future will be; however, we know who holds the future in His Hands.
