Casting Cares On God

Greetings to all. As we wrap up the week, let's give our worries to the Lord.

When life becomes overwhelming, we often hold onto burdens we were never meant to carry. Everyone has something they could let go of. When life feels overwhelming, Peter encourages us to give our worries to the Lord, because He cares for us and is strong enough to handle them.

1 Peter 5:7 (NIV84)

7Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Lesson: We can trust God, He's got us. We are never out of God's reach or care. Trusting someone else with our burdens takes faith that they are strong enough to hold them. No one cares for us as God does.
