Called to Holiness

Greetings to all. As we rise this Sunday, let us reflect together to think about what we are called to if we desire to live a pure gospel life.

Trying to live a holy life can be hard when the world offers so many things that do not please God. God is holy, and that is why we are called to be holy too. We show true gospel living by living with integrity, learning, and being guided by the Bible.

1 Thessalonians 4:7–8 (KJV 1900)

7For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.

8He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also given unto us his holy Spirit.

Lesson: Be thankful to God when you do what is right. Let His command to be holy guide you to live a clean and pure life, not just treat it as a choice.
