Greetings to all, on this "grateful" Thursday, let us be forever grateful for who God is and for all He has done, is doing, and will be doing. Especially His love and sacrifice for us. Amen

Many of us go through so much in life; it takes everything to hold on to our sanity.

BUT GOD! God has done so much more for us than anything we will experience in this life. With God, we have a future glory that awaits us.

Romans 8:18 (NCV)

18 The sufferings we have now are nothing compared to the great glory that will be shown to us.

Ephesians 2:4-9 (TLB)

4 But God is so rich in mercy; he loved us so much

5 that even though we were spiritually dead and doomed by our sins, he gave us back our lives again when he raised Christ from the dead—only by his undeserved favor have we ever been saved—

6 and lifted us up from the grave into glory along with Christ, where we sit with him in the heavenly realms—all because of what Christ Jesus did.

7 And now God can always point to us as examples of how very, very rich his kindness is, as shown in all he has done for us through Jesus Christ.

8 Because of his kindness, you have been saved through trusting Christ. And even trusting is not of yourselves; it too is a gift from God.

9 Salvation is not a reward for the good we have done, so none of us can take any credit for it.

Colossians 2:13-15 (TLB)

13 You were dead in sins, and your sinful desires were not yet cut away. Then he gave you a share in the very life of Christ, for he forgave all your sins,

14 and blotted out the charges proved against you, the list of his commandments which you had not obeyed. He took this list of sins and destroyed it by nailing it to Christ's cross.

15 In this way God took away Satan's power to accuse you of sin, and God openly displayed to the whole world Christ's triumph at the cross where your sins were all taken away.

Lesson: Although we live in a time when our world is so full of sin, death, and decay. Because of who God is! We have hope and so much to be grateful for.

God's grace has saved us and will never abandon us!
