Greetings to all. This weekend, rather than ignoring or denying our anxious feelings, let us choose to transform that anxious energy into heartfelt prayer.
The world can at times seem filled with fear, and many people can feel the weight of burnout. However, it can never go wrong when we trust God in prayer. Dealing with anxiety is a real danger that even believers face. When anxiety tries to take over, it is a warning signal that we should pray for God’s favor.
Psalm 27:7 (KJV 1900)
7 Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: Have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
Lesson: During days when we face the fearful danger of anxiety and anxiety threatens to disrupt our peace, we should have the courage and faith to pray, giving God, not anxiety, the last word.
