A Spiritually Grounded Life

Greetings to all. This hump day, Wednesday, can be challenging. Let us choose to walk a path that uplifts us and helps us grow, rather than simply mirroring what we see around us.

We are encouraged to seek the path that brings true fulfillment and a life of meaning. Sometimes, we may find ourselves choosing differently, and that is completely human. The world often encourages us to prioritize only our immediate desires, but we can choose a different path.

Ephesians 2:1–2 (GW)

1You were once dead because of your failures and sins.

2You followed the ways of this present world and its spiritual ruler. This ruler continues to work in people who refuse to obey God.

Lesson: When we follow the world’s standards instead of God’s, although at different times, we often realize our deep need to be renewed and made whole by God’s love through Christ.
