A Roaring Faith

Greetings to all, on this Monday, let us start this new week with boldness and confidence, not doubting that God loves us and He is in control. Amen

Although we know that God is in control, we still tend to worry and doubt our future. This week, let us focus on God's infinite love for all humanity and don't get caught in the trap of doubting Him.

We have a sworn enemy who is no joke and is not taking His mission lightly. His mission is to deceive and destroy the lives of as many of God's people as he can. God is in control; we don't need to worry.

1 Peter 5:8-9 (NLT2)

8 Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.

9 Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your Christian brothers and sisters all over the world are going through the same kind of suffering you are.

Ephesians 6:10-11 (NIV)

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

11 Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.

Lesson: No matter how loud Satan's roar is, at best, it's only a way for Him to intimidate us so that we can doubt the power of God and what it can do in our lives.

We can defeat His threats to devour us with His roar by having a roaring faith so loud we cannot hear the doubt and discouragement that He wants to use to devour us.
