A Price for Sowing Division

Greetings to all. As we wrap up this week, let's focus on seeking truth and living with integrity.

Telling the truth isn't always easy, and sometimes lying can be just as difficult. Still, many people choose to lie to make themselves look better, hurt others, or to be exalted rather than tell the truth. God strongly dislikes lying.

Proverbs 6:16–19 (KJV 1900)

16These six things doth the LORD hate: Yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

17A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

18A heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

19A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Lesson: Causing division through lies and division carries significant moral and spiritual consequences. Therefore, let us strive to live a good and godly life by glorifying God in everything we do.
