A Passing World

Greetings to all; on this Sunday and may our lives be as peaceful as possible as we honor and keep our focus on God and eternal things.

Although we live in a world that's passing, God gives us the wisdom to care for this earth and each other.

1 John 2:17 (NCV)

17 The world and everything that people want in it is passing away, but the person who does what God wants lives forever.

Revelation 12:12 (NIV)

12 Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But Woe to the earth and the sea because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury because he knows that his time is short."

Lesson: There will be times in our lives when we will experience some difficult and dark days here on earth, but we are not to worry because God has overcome the world.
