Work While it is Day

Greetings to all. This Sunday, let us honor our work and do it in a way that gives glory to God.

Character and hard work go together to bring glory to God. Although we face adversity while living with eternal values in sight, we must do the work of the Lord with excellence while it is still daylight.

John 9:4–5 (NCV)

4 While it is daytime, we must continue doing the work of the One who sent me. The night is coming when no one can work.

5 While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”

Lesson: Unfortunately, we all have expiration dates, and some of our lives will be over sooner or later. Time is running out for our one purpose and assignment of working while it is day. Do not know your assignment; seek the Lord, He will show you.
