Happy New Year's and Greetings to all! Thank everyone for reading the devotionals throughout 2024! Although I do not respond to your comments, I see them all, and they encourage me. On this "hump" Day, Wednesday, a new beginning, or the end of something old, let us take a moment to seize the day and recognize that time is precious.

There are many things in this world, and our lives that we believe we can control, but the one thing that always prevails is time. Because time is precious but short, its wonders can both amaze and elude us. We have one life to live, so let us live it, be a blessing, and be kind and encouraging to others.

Ecclesiastes 8:6 (KJV 1900)

6 Because to every purpose there is time and judgment, therefore the misery of man is great upon him.

Lesson: Despite the depravity of life, we find ourselves responding to the uncertainty of time and life. Although there will be judgment for every purpose, situation, and time, life is worth living. There is joy in living the Christian life.
