Promised Protection

Greetings to all. As we end another week, let us keep holding on to God's promise of protection.

Uncompassionate and wicked people around us can generate a sense of dread and uncertainty, filled with challenges that attempt to steal our peace of mind. There is so much to fear in the world, but with God's promised protection, we have nothing to fear.

Psalm 91:5–7 (KJV 1900)

5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; Nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; Nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, And ten thousand at thy right hand, But it shall not come nigh thee.

Lesson: God is our constant protector. He covers us in His protective love and care. His presence empowers us to navigate the fears and uncertainties we cannot see a way through or out of. He is always with us.
