People Will See Us

Greetings to all; this Monday, as we begin this new week, let us offer our lives as living sacrifices for the Lord.

While people may not see us through the eyes of unconditional love as God does, they will see us and size us up. For this reason, and because we desire to be servants and representatives of God, we must still show up in the world as the best versions of ourselves.

Philippians 2:17 (GW)

17 My life is being poured out as a part of the sacrifice and service I offer to God for your faith. Yet, I am filled with joy, and I share that joy with all of you. 

Lesson: While being seen as trustworthy and authentic is essential, being committed, faithful, filled with joy, and sharing with others can make a difference. Not everyone in our lives or those we encounter will know God's word. Consider this: sometimes, we are the only Bible people read or see.
