Open And Shut Doors

Greetings to all; on this "hump" day, Wednesday, let us ask God to empower us with the wisdom to navigate and survive open and shut doors in our lives.

We have become accustomed to thinking that all closed doors are locked to us, and all open doors are meant to enter. Only some open doors are good ones, and only some closed ones are locked.

Isaiah 22:22 (NCV)

22 I will put the key to the house of David around his neck. If he opens a door, no one will be able to close it; if he closes a door, no one will be able to open it.

Lesson: Because it can be challenging to know the difference, we must focus on something other than our understanding. We must understand that God is both a door opener and a closer. He will open the doors that are good for us and close the doors that are bad for us.
