Moving Past Regret

Greetings to all; as we end this week, let us seize the power to control our regrets and refuse to let them hold us back. 

Along with challenges and accomplishments, regrets, whether from foolishness or sin, will attempt to fill our lives. We should learn from them all. The things we regret can bring us sorrow that only keeps us stuck or shut down.

2 Corinthians 7:10 (NCV)

10 The sorrow God wants makes people change their hearts and lives. This leads to salvation, and you cannot be sorry for that. But the kind of sorrow the world has brings death.

Lesson: While some regrets are harder to let go of, Jesus can restore us no matter what they are. But we must know that our regrets, if not managed, can become shackles that prevent us from moving forward.
