He Who Calls is Faithful

Greetings to all; on this "grateful" Thursday, let us thank God for the vision of salvation whereby we are predestined to His eternal purpose.

In our lives, we may not finish what we begin, but God, who is with us and calls us, is faithful to the end. As those chosen for salvation, we have received God's call to be saved. While no one is perfect, we must embrace this call and make the changes God desires. Only then can we respond effectively to His visions and accept the gospel call of salvation.

1 Thessalonians 5:23–24 (GW)

23 May the God who gives peace make you holy in every way. May he keep your whole being—spirit, soul, and body—blameless when our Lord Jesus Christ comes.

24 The one who calls you is faithful and will do this. 

Lesson: God is with us. We are called, and He is faithful. God's call for our salvation comes through the gospels. The choice to accept this call is ours.
