Focusing on the Anointing

Greetings to all. Let’s take a moment to thank God for bringing us together from our different paths.

Each of us knows our own story and identity best. Still, some people judge us by our titles, status, or appearance. God asks us to focus on what truly matters. He wants us to stop worrying about proving ourselves or protecting our reputation. Instead, faithfully carry His anointing.

1 John 2:26–27 (MSG)

26 I’ve written to warn you about those who are trying to deceive you.

27 But they’re no match for what is embedded deeply within you—Christ’s anointing, no less! You don’t need any of their so-called teaching. Christ’s anointing teaches you the truth on everything you need to know about yourself and him, uncontaminated by a single lie. Live deeply in what you were taught.

Lesson: Let’s stay humble so there is space for the Holy Spirit in our lives. Every day, Show Christ’s humility to others, and don’t seek respect or recognition. True humility will show itself.
