Greetings to all. As we gather in worship this Sunday, let us take a moment to intentionally invite the Holy Spirit to lead us in our worship experience.
When we gather for worship, we each bring a unique offering to God. We rejoice in praising Him for His goodness and grace. Yet, there are moments when our burdens overwhelm us, and we cannot do anything but cry out to Him.
Jeremiah 9:17–18 (GW)
17 This is what the LORD of Armies says: Consider this: Call for the women who cry at funerals. Send for those who are the most skilled.
18 They should come quickly and cry for us. Our eyes will run with tears. Our eyelids will flow with water.
Lesson: Crying, often seen as a weakness, is a true expression of vulnerability and a powerful form of worship. It helps us connect with God, heal from burdens, and acknowledge our reliance on His love and mercy. It's okay to let it out.
